How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions required depends on the area being treated, your skin type, and hair color. For long-term results, we recommend a series of 6 to 8 treatments, though you may notice up to 80% hair loss after just the first session. However, for permanent hair removal, it’s important to complete the entire course of treatment, as the laser only affects hairs in the active growth phase. Every body is unique—we’ll determine the exact number of sessions based on your needs.
What should you keep in mind before treatment?
Don't sunbathe, and don't use self-tanning products
At least 2 weeks before the procedure—the laser is most effective on light skin and dark hair.
Shave off the hairs
Shave the hair with a razor 24 hours before the treatment, but do not wax, use an epilator, or pluck it with tweezers for at least 4 weeks beforehand—the laser needs the hair root to be effective.
No chemical peels or retinol
At least 7 days before your treatment (especially if it involves the face), avoid procedures and products that could irritate your skin.

Is laser hair removal painful?

How many sessions will I need?
For permanent hair removal, it is recommended to undergo 6 to 8 sessions. The number of sessions depends on hair color, skin phototype, and the area being treated. However, even after the first session, most people notice a reduction in hair growth of up to 80%.
Do I need to shave the hair before the procedure?
Yes. The skin should be shaved with a regular razor 24 hours before the treatment. However, do not use wax, tweezers, or an epilator—the laser needs the hair to be present at the root.
Can I get laser treatment in the summer?
Yes, but it’s important to avoid sun exposure 7 days before and 28 days after the treatment. The skin must be free of a tan and irritation to prevent complications.
